2001 HUNTER 340 SLOOP SAILBOAT FOR SALE WITH SINGLE INBOARD DIESEL POWER

SAIL RELATED:
In mast roller furling main, spinnaker halyard, arch mounted traveller, 2 Lewmar ST 40 self tailing winches for jib (mounted on coamings), 2 Lewmar ST 30 self tailing winches for main sheet and halyards, rigid boom vang, never used new sheets and halyards.

CANVAS:
Front and back bimini mounted to stainless steel arch, low rise dodger with suede covered hand rail, foul weather insert between dodger and arch with three windows, side curtains that extend from the dodger to the arch, suede covered wheel, center console and wheel cover, 2/ hatch covers, sun covers for all windows.

ELECTRONICS:
(all Raymarine except VHF M502 at nav station) All instruments upgraded to Raymarine ST60 series wind - speed - depth mounted above companionway, ST 4000 auto pilot, Raynav 300 GPS (separate from chart plotter), Raymarine chart plotter radar and VHF remote mic are mounted on the console, The radar and the chart plotter are connected by HSB so that either charts or radar or both may be viewed at the nav station or the helm, Garmin chart plotter at nav station that connects to lap top.

ELECTRICAL:
The engine has a 100 amp Balmar alternator with an automatic programmable voltage regulator. There are three new group 2931 batteries (two for house, one for the engine), there is a 2000 watt Hart inverter / charger with a link 2000 monitor (mounted at the nav station), there are two flexible solar panels (output is 8.2 amps each) mounted on the rear bimini with easy disconnects and a separate voltage regulator, There is ISOTherm refrigeration unit that draws approximately 16 amps per day, 14" LCD flat screen TV, DVD VCR combo player, theater surrround sound system, JVC stereo (with arch mounted speakers), mast mounted DC powered TV antenna, 4000 pound pull Windlass with remote toggle switch at helm, there is a fan in each state room, 3/ 50 ft 30 amp power cords with male and female adapters, 100 ft power cord, 1500 watt portable generator, spot light, 5/ dc outlets through out boat, vacuum cleaner, 1500 watt electric heater.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Three blade prop (with rope cutter on shaft), custom teak work including coach house handles, cocktail tables, companionway trim and liquor storage, arch mounted console with speakers and overhead lighting, deck light, oil lamp over cabin table, Paper and electronic charts from Georgian Bay Canada to the Carribean including all cruising guides, flags for Quarantine Canada U.S and the Bahamas.

IMPROVEMENTS:
Separate sump pump added for the shower and refrigerator, separate shower controls (instead of being connected to lavatory faucet), upgraded head and galley faucets, water heater bypass to simplify winterization, cockpit floor grate.

GENERAL CONDITION:
Boat is in very good condition, sails were laundered last fall and tell tales were added to the main sail, She is set up to be single handed and to be self sufficient at mooring or anchor and is turn key ready to go cruising.
