1976 C&C 30 MK I Sloop Sailboat with single inboard gas power...

This motoryacht is pleasing in styling and, in spite of her vintage, is ready to serve her new owners as faithfully as her first two sets of owners. She features a large forward cabin and adjacent head, followed aft with an open and well-lit galley to starboard. There is a very comfortable and attractive dinette to sport of the galley. A few steps up from this area is the lower helm and extremely attractive full-width salon with excellent all-around visibility. Her salon seating is some of the most comfortable and attractive that we've seen in this genre of motoryacht.

Aft to port in the salon are the steps up to the fully enclosed, hardtop sundeck and upper helm. Aft to starboard is the entrance down to the massive owner's stateroom with ensuite head and shower.

The deck has excellent walk-around ability with access to the aft deck and command bridge via rigid wing doors. The command bridge is nicely equipped and extremely comfortable with her full canvas enclosure. This allows for great protection and accommodations for the captain and crew on longer voyages. Aft on the transom are heavy-duty Atkins and Hoyle davits with a Zodiac Yachtline YL310R dinghy and 20 hp Mercury outboard motor. Below the waterline, this yacht has received a professionally applied West System barrier-coating protection.
