Fractional rig racer/cruiser sailboat that has 4-berths, is well balanced and is easily steered. Sail inventory includes: roller furling 150% headsail, mainsail w/2-reefing points, #3 headsail, 3-spinnakers 1/2 ounce, 3/4 ounce and a flat reaching spinnaker. There is a spinnaker pole, 7-winches w/2-self-tailing, all lines lead to the cockpit. The boat has tiller steering and is powered with a Yanmar Diesel engine model #YSE8 with a folding prop. The head is located in the V-berth w/privacy curtains and the galley has a SS sink w/manual water pump.
